The placard reads that he dedicated his life to peace in Uganda. There are many Italian priests (and nuns for that matter) in northern Uganda and they have been around for some 150 years. Onen Kamdulu was an LRA commander, seen here going through the streets of Gulu. Onen Kamdulu emerged from the bush last week - he surrendered to the UPDF.
