Next stop: Chad

Greetings all. I shall try to do my best to maintain this site and keep updates on the Northern Uganda peace process, however now I am relocating to Eastern Chad to work with Darfur refugees fleeing Sudan, so I may get a little distracted, not to mention the poor state of Chadian communications.
